Booking Disclaimer

• A retainer is required for all sessions and must be paid at the time of booking.
• Please contact me before booking a session if there is a specific vision.
• Retainers do vary based on the session.
• The retainer is applied to the final balance of your session.
• The remaining balance is due on the day you receive your gallery.
• The turn around time for most sessions is 5 to 10 business days after you have chosen the amount of photos for your selected package.
• Raw unedited photos of your session are unavailable for purchase.
• I understand that my booking is eligible for a full refund only if canceled at least 7 days before the reservation date, provided the booking was not made within 7 days of the reservation.
• No credit will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.
• Photoshoot locations within 35 miles of downtown Houston are included in the session fee.
• For locations beyond 35 miles, a travel fee of $2 per additional mile will apply
• Multiple locations need to be withing 5 miles of each other
• Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours will require a $75 fee, and no shows or cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the retainer
